Lasagna

Preparation

   Preheat the oven to 200 °C and prepare the béchamel.

   For this step

   • 1/2 liter·béchamel

   Spread a ladleful of béchamel over the bottom of the dish, then add a layer of lasagna sheets.

   • 1 packet·lasagna sheets

   Add a layer of Bolognese sauce, cover with béchamel and sprinkle generously with grated Gruyère.

   • 1/2 liter·béchamel
   • 1 batch·Bolognese sauce
   • grated Gruyère

   Repeat the layers of lasagna sheets, Bolognese sauce, béchamel and Gruyère until all the ingredients are used.

   • 1 packet·lasagna sheets
   • grated Gruyère

   Finish with a layer of béchamel and cover it generously with grated parmesan.

   • grated parmesan

   Bake for about 30 min at 200 °C.
