   Put the salt in a 500 ml container.

   • 3 tsp·salt

   Add the balsamic vinegar and stir until the salt dissolves.

   • 3 tsp·salt
   • 5 tsp·balsamic vinegar

   Add about 475 ml olive oil, adjusting as needed to fill the container to 500 ml.

   • 475 ml·olive oil

   Close the container and shake to emulsify.
