Oven-baked cod parcels served with Polish-style butter sauce.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Place the cod on parchment paper. Add 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil, then season with salt, pepper and parsley or cilantro.

Polish-Style Butter Sauce

Mash the hard-boiled egg very finely with a fork.
