Orchard Apple Crumble

Preparation

   Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

   Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the core and seeds, then cut into thick slices.

   • 1,2 kg·apples

   Place them in a deep plate and drizzle with calvados.

   In a large bowl, mix the flour, almond flour, cinnamon, brown sugar and butter.

   • 20 g·butter
   • 120 g·brown sugar
   • 50 g·almond flour
   • 1 tsp·ground cinnamon

   Add the pinch of salt. Stir gently.

   Butter the dish and arrange the calvados-flavored apple slices.

   • 20 g·butter
   • 4 tbsp·calvados

   Cover with the flour-almond-butter-brown sugar mixture and bake for about 35 min.

   • 50 g·almond flour

   Serve the crumble warm or cold.
