Cod, Zucchini and Curry Cocottes

Preparation
- Peel and slice the onion.

- Peel the zucchini and cut into small cubes.

- Chop the parsley.

- Cut the cod fillets into pieces.

- 500 gskinless, boneless cod fillet
- In a skillet, sauté the sliced onion with the zucchini over medium heat for about 10 min.

- Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with curry and add the chopped parsley.

- Mix and continue cooking for a few minutes.
- Remove from the heat, add the cod pieces to the zucchini and mix.

- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Divide the mixture among the cocottes.
- Drizzle with cream and sprinkle with parmesan.
