Pear and Raspberry Clafoutis
Pear clafoutis with a few optional raspberries.

- 200 °C puis 180 °C
Preparation
- Turn the oven on to 200 °C.
- Mix the sugar, flour, ground almonds, salt and cinnamon.

- 100 gsugar
- 80 gflour
- 40 gground almonds
- 1 pinchsalt
- cinnamon
- Then add 3 eggs, 20 cl cream and 20 cl milk.

- Blend everything.
- Place the pears in the pan, then pour in the batter.

- 2 à 3pears
Baking
- Bake 10 min at 200 °C, then 35 to 40 min at 180 °C.
