Sun-Dried Tomato and Feta Loaf

Preparation

   Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

   In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.

   Add the eggs, milk and oil, then mix well.

   Fold in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, finely sliced basil, diced feta and grated Gruyère.

   • 50 g·grated Gruyère
   • 200 g·sun-dried tomatoes
   • 100 g·feta
   • 1 bunch·basil

   Add the salt and pepper, then mix again.

   Grease the loaf pan with the butter, pour in the batter and bake for 40 min.
