Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line the baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the butter.

Baking

Resting and Unmolding
- After baking, leave the brownies in the switched-off oven for 5 min.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 30 min.
- Refrigerate for 2 h, then unmold.
